We are now looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join the Global Brand Marketing YOOX team based in Milan.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the Yoox.com Social Media & Cross media strategy, aligned with YOOX global Marketing strategy.
  • Manage and implement innovative social media campaings to increase brand equity and awareness.
  • Togeteher with a dedicated resource, ensure content curation, creation and editing, liasing with the Brand Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate and support the local markets, US and APAC in local Social Media activities.
  • Create and nurture strong relationships with key international influencers.
  • Identify and interpret new mobile media and social media trends.
  • Manage budget, negotiation and acquisition of new Social Media tools, paid media opportunities.
  • In-depth analysis of Social Media data, providing analytics and regular reporting.

Skills and Experience

 

  • Master’s Degree in marketing, communication or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in social media witrhin the Fashion industry
  • Experience in managing international projects with responsibility over multiple geographies.
  • Proven experience with social media strategy, community management, and content optimization.
  • Solid understanding of PR and Marketing.
  • Flawless writing skills accompanied with strong verbal/communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads manager and Power Editor tools.
  • Familiarity with post programming tools (especially Social Studio).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: eg. Facebook, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, Iconosquare, Simply Measured.
  • Excellent written and spoken English - Italian knowledge is a plus
