Description

Role purpose:

 

You will have a unique opportunity to be a part of the Business Intelligence team of E_Lite, a YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP & Kering Group joint venture, in charge of managing ad supporting the online business of the Kering Luxury brands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset and a high degree of precision; working on seven different E-commerce Luxury Brands and collaborating closely with other departments in order to ensure high quality delivery within the full organization, he/she will be involved in the following activities:

  • Monitor and analyse in site behaviors across different web sites to deliver strategical outcomes;
  • Actively support the Brands and other internal departments such as Web Marketing and User experience through analysis;
  • Quantitatively support CRO analysis;
  • Maintain and optimise existing data layer and Web Analytics tools;
  • Deliver recurring performance and benchmark reports, according to the business needs, ensuring data consistency and quality;
  • Actively contribute to the company’s data strategy evolution.

Skills and Experience:

 

  • University degree in Business, Mathematic, Statistic or another relevant quantitative degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience on web analytics GA with exposure to tag management system;
  • Previous working experience in Web Analytics;
  • Proficiency in Excel and GA and quantitative analysis;
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral;
  • Excellent analytical skills and accuracy, extremely detail-oriented;
  • KPI framework & reporting setup and optimization;
  • Fundamentals of JS and HTML;
  • Exceptional commitment to teamwork and ability to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines.

Will be considered as plus:

  • Google Analytics Certification;
  • Technical / functional Knowledge of Data visualization tools such Qlick, PowerBI, Board;
  • Technical / functional Knowledge of Digital experience and CRO analytics tools;
  • Experience in fashion / retail industry.
