Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • to develop a holistic architecture of data collection on W-site, M-site and APP Off-Season properties
  • to guarantee the comparability of data and metrics in the Off-Season properties
  • to support work of tracking implementation in the Off-Seasons properties
  • to maintain and develop the highest level of integration between Off-Season properties and 3rd parties
  • to maintain and improve the quality of data captured in the web analytics tool(s) to support the Off-Season team
  • to develop and evolve the data layer architecture according to the evolution of the properties and business
  • to maintain consistency of data capture during the migration phase of TON and YOOX to the new ecommerce platform

Skills & Experience:

  • Able to translate high level business requirements into data layer architecture
  • Previous experience of working with Tag Management Systems (preferred: Tag Commander)
  • Previous experience working with Analytics and web marketing Solutions (preferred: Google Analytics 360, DoubleClick stack, Adobe Analytics). Implement analytics/tagging solutions on W-site, M-site and APP. Make sure data is collected following business requirements
  • Overall knowledge of the different digital marketing tools on the market
  • Develop custom JavaScript and PHP code and write it in the TM console to accommodate custom requirements
  • Have an interest in working with Digital Marketing
  • Strong technical and planning skills
  • Good communication skills, at ease talking to analysts, marketers and developers
  • Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, and service-oriented
  • Self-motivated to and eager to innovate (come up with ideas and solutions of improving/optimizing tagging)
  • Fluent in Italian and English; grasp of a third language is a plus
