The Operations department is responsible for Distribution Logistics, Digital Production, International Content & Localization, Customer Care & Loss Prevention, International Operations and Quality & Innovation.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Analysing data relating to company processes through reports and PPT presentations;
    • Offering support in the creation of guidelines for processes that regulate Digital Production;
    • Mapping and optimisation of these processes, in search of continuous improvement;
    • Standardisation of processes;
    • Maintaining relations with the Technology and Commercial teams, in order to improve and develop tools and applications that support cataloguing;
    • Identifying and resolving problems in operation and production flows;
    • Planning and programming different phases of digital production, in line with the established priorities.

     

    Skills and Experience:

    • Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering;
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent knowledge of English;
    • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
