The HR Operations Italy Intern will assist the HR Operations team in the key and critical HR processes and activities.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:

Main Activities:

  • Preparing Word documents, Excel Reports and PowerPoint presentation;
  • Drafting of the contracts and letters for employees;
  • Printing and check of documents to be signed by the HR Director;
  • Various back office duties;
  • Entering the information of new starters and leavers into the internal software and providing it to Payroll;
  • Supporting timesheeet management (attendances, sickness, maternity leave, leave of absence..) for each employee;
  • Supporting front end activities with employees (e.g. distribution of the lunch vouchers to the different departments);
  • Supporting in communications with the labour/social security authorities (INPS, INAIL..);
  • Assist the HR Administration team with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources.


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/Human Resources or related topic;
  • Passion for administrative topics;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
  • Great accuracy, attention to details and organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly customer oriented;
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information;
  • Flexibility and proactivity.
