The role of Facility Specialist is required to manage company’s building facilities, following company’s guideline, and ensuring to provide effective service to internal customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of technical and operational aspects of service assigned, aiming to provide internal customer satisfaction in terms of quality and quantity, in respect of the cost parameters set in the budget;
  • Space Planning, Space Management and optimization of space;
  • Verification of compliance with the regulations relating to the safety, property, plant and execution of activities;
  • Monitoring of the efficiency of maintenance, evaluation of requests for intervention and management and verification of performance of vendors and suppliers;
  • Implementation of Facility Management software;
  • Cost analysis and monitoring;
  • Purchase Order issue.


Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture or similar title;
  • Excellent analytical abilities, precision, a result-driven orientation, and an aptitude for problem solving;
  • Technical knowledge of electrical and conditioning systems constraints related to offices and data centers;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
