Role Purpose:


The candidate will work on affiliate marketing and direct partnerships in the largest & strategically most important markets for the Online Flagship Stores division.

The main purpose of the role will be to execute affiliation activities globally, to maintain and expand a large network of affiliates and to actively contribute in the growth of the digital marketing channel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the affiliate and publisher management with a focus on growing ROI;
  • Execute  and optimize media campaigns and affiliate performance;
  • Formulate basic marketing content, reviews and concept for campaigns and affiliates;
  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance data and provide offer recommendations to affiliates;
  • Provide weekly /monthly reporting on affiliation channel;
  • Collaborate with the creative team for the creation and upload of the creative assets.
  • Cooperate jointly with rest of the digital marketing team to ensure that all activities are fully executed.


  • University Degree: Economics, Marketing or Communication;
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory);
  • A data driven approach with good analytical skills;
  • Passionate about e-commerce.
  • Previous paid search and digital adv knowledge - nice to have
