We are looking for a brilliant candidate to join our Business excellence team.
- Identifying and launching Shopping Experience improvement projects for off-season businesses through an agreed roadmap of improvement of main digital and operational processes, in tandem with the Head of Business Excellence
- Set up and deliver Customer Experience improvements, involving Digital Marketing, Product Management and Operations teams
- Liaising with Marketing, Product Management and Operations teams in order to ensure a personalized, cross-device experience and tailored communications for each YOOX customers’ cluster
- Set up and analysis of Customer Service Innovation projects, in tandem with the Customer Care team
- Conceiving and delivering tailored services for YOOX top customers, aiming at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
