Role purpose:


We are looking for a motivated, highly customer-focused person with good verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate will be part of the Customer Communication team, a dynamic and international team with direct impact on customer experience and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities

  • Create, update and maintain all customer related content (Customer Care area FAQs and Customer Care response templates), always ensuring that the content is clear and reflects worldwide policies and procedures and publish them through our content management systems;
  • Work with the local project managers on projects with impact on the Knowledge Base (new localization, new services, new Customer Care area setups), making sure that everything is working correctly and that the content is accessible, highly useable and complete;
  • Fix possible issues supporting the technical department where necessary and support testing activities when needed.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
  • Good knowledge of another language (French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese or Chinese) will be considered a plus;
  • Good knowledge of web content’s best practices;
  • Highly customer-oriented and passion for web and e-commerce;
  • Great communicator and passion for writing;
  • Ability to learn complex procedures and proactive in proposing improvements;
  • Good time management;
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office programs.
