Role purpose:

We are looking for an expert in the User Experience discipline, interested in optimization of UX processes to adapt to evolving user and business needs and able to manage the whole UX workflow in all its main activities

Key Responsabilities:

  • Support the UX Team in understanding and fulfilling the requests from internal stakeholders
  • Design new effective UX solutions that represent the best balance between user needs and business goals and values
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Head of Ecommerce, Product Owners, Tech, Commercial, Art Direction and every other stakeholder involved in the design of the idea
  • Deliver realizable, innovative and cross-device recommendations & solutions for improving the experience (i.e. usability, interaction design and functionality)
  • Manage all the UX process steps: strategy, analysis, research, ideation, low-to-high fidelity designs & prototypes

The candidate needs to have excellent competencies in usability, information architecture and interaction design with a strong attitude towards data research, product analysis and user tests. He/she is strong in document production, from user flows, use cases, wireframes and interactive prototypes to final concept presentation and has an experience (1-2 years) in an agency or other business organization, working on complex projects.

Other requirements include:

  • Knowledge of the principles of user centred design
  • Able to manage the project autonomously in all phases (from usability analysis, competitive benchmarks, to iterative design, user testing and final presentation to stakeholders)
  • Great team worker and negotiatior
  • High sensibility to visual design aspects
  • Experience of mobile projects
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Axure, inVision and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of Principle (or other prototyping tools) is preferable
  • Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely)
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement within existing customer journeys and provide product ideas and designs to the Head of Ecommerce and Product Owners, using customer insight data, customer care knowledge, UX research and web analytics
  • A keen interest and awareness of future developments in website, mobile, software and technology trends and innovations.
  • Knowledge of client-side programming languages (HTML, Javascript, CSS) preferable
  • Knowledge of English (full working proficiency)
  • Experience with eCommerce and Fashion/Luxury projects preferable
