Our recruitment team has ambitious targets to reach each year and our aim is to become more focused on creating robust talent pipelines to drive down time to hire and improve our direct hire ratio.

You will work in conjunction with the Recruitment Partners, Sourcers, Team Leader and Hiring Managers in the business to allow us create efficient business processes and an excellent candidate experience. You will be the consistent point of contact to drive the full 360 degree recruitment cycle and are the main point of customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the guardian of our candidate experience for our Technology hires;
  • Be the glue that keeps the components of the recruitment process together by understanding business recruitment needs and be proactive in coordinating the recruitment process;
  • Schedule interviews across various stakeholders, and collect feedback to share with all involved;
  • Work alongside Recruiter and Hiring Manager to share tests and cases and their results;
  • Initiate and lead the process of preparing contracts;
  • Support employer branding projects and act as a brand ambassador;
  • Focus on delivering the best experience to candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking system.


Experience & Skills

  • Outstanding diary management;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Amazing organisational skills and metrics oriented;
  • Prior experience in a customer facing or administrative role;
  • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience;
  • Previous experience in environments with challenging deadlines;
  • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Fluency in Italian and English a must;
  • Previous experience in recruiting a plus.
