Web Marketing Specialist (3/5 years of experience)


Role purpose


You will have a unique opportunity to be a part of the Performance Marketing team of E_Lite, a YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP & Kering Group joint venture, in charge of managing and supporting the Online business of the Kering Luxury Brands.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing operations with well-rounded knowledge and expertise in all areas of digital marketing, with a special focus on the customer acquisition via digital channels.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, and directly coordinating a junior e-marketer, the Web Marketing Specialist will be in charge of:


- Coordinating and overseeing an external agency for all strategic SEA and SEO activities (budgeting, media planning, campaign execution and analysis)

- Developing a comprehensive digital marketing mix for the Brands

- Enabling a constant and exhaustive communication between the brands and the third parties to ensure a strong relationship and a constantly evolving marketing mix  



Key Responsibilities


   His / her main responsibilities will be:


  • SEO and PPC campaigns regular hands-on implementation and management;
  • Monitor and coordinate the SEO plan execution by liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Designing, implementing, and analysing search marketing initiatives to drive overall campaign performance;
  • Gather actionable data from our various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of the campaigns;
  • Contribute to the development of search marketing strategy & process;
  • Maintain relationship with all our digital marketing providers;
  • Maintain regularly updated internal business analysis by tracking budgeted spend and reporting on activities and results to senior management;
  • proactively run affiliation campaigns across all geographies  


Desired Experience 

  • 3 to 5 years background in online advertising, e-commerce businesses;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in creating and managing paid search campaigns on engines;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing affiliation programs
  • Data driven approach;
  • University degree or equivalent ( economics / focus preferred)


Tools and Technologies


  • Google Analytics (certification is a plus)
  • Google AdWords (certification is a plus)
  • Tag container (CommandersAct preferably)

  • Proactive and able to collaborate within a cross-functional company
  • Flexible and able to work on multiple projects
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian
