The HR Administration Specialist Italy will support the HR Administration & Operations Team Italy in the following activities:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the coordination of information flows towards internal and external agencies
  • Produce internal metrics on personnel administration processes
  • Participate in daily data entry Payroll processing
  • Drafting of the contract and letters for all employees
  • Supporting timesheet management (attendances, sickness, maternity leave, leave of absence..) for each employee
  • Supporting in communications with the labour/social security authorities (INPS, INAIL..);
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Supporting with Compliance procedures where needed
  • Process employee data (new hires, changes) from the HR system of record to the payroll system
  • Provide customer service to employees
  • Various back office duties


Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/Labour Law or Human Resources or related topic
  • At least 1 year of prior experience within the HR department of a multinational company or a consulting firm with focus on payroll and employee administration services
  • Passion for administrative topics
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Good knowledge of Zucchetti System (Paghe Web e Presenze Project) will be considered a Plus
  • Great accuracy and organizational skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills and highly customer oriented
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
  • Only candidates with great flexibility, proactivity and an ability to work under pressure will be successful in this role
