Business Readiness team at YNAP plays a pivotal role in transitioning new technology into the business. This role will support all activities of the team focusing on understanding and addressing the massive change of a complex replatforming program within a best in class e-commerce business.
- Support in monitors and coordinates all activities necessary to guarantee the success of the team activities and deliverables
- Work across Business (Ecommerce, Marketing, Sales, …) and Technology Team to gather information and documentation
- Support in understanding, documenting and analysing the current organization, processes and ways of working
- Leverage the knowledge to understand the change and identify the activities needed to correctly address it
- Identify and promptly raise potential issues that might put at risk the team activities, deliverables or timeline
- Autonomously lead defined project activities meeting the timeline and the activity objective
