    Role Purpose


    The opportunity is to work in our CVM team, a part of our marketing department, and be a point of collaboration between several teams, such as technology, creative direction and business intelligence, to ensure the execution of the CVM strategy.

    The candidate will be involved in the end to end programme and campaign process, from planning to creative through to reporting.

    This role would be a good next step for someone proficient in email campaign deployment to get more exposure to strategy and analysis. You will not create campaigns but you’ll make sure that the processes of our CVM campaigns are run in the best way.


    Key responsibilities

    • Study of CRM plans specifically in line with the company's strategy.
    • Plan, execute and follow-up CRM Campaigns across different channels taking into account the market involved.
    • Targeting of CRM campaigns in line with business objectives.
    • Implement CVM campaigns, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and conversions
    • Create data selections (e.g. Filter Builder)
    • Coordinate and manage the creative production of the campaigns assets
    • Identify opportunities to help grow our subscriber database
    • Analyse campaign results on a regular basis, making recommendations & implementing changes based on findings


    • +1 year of experience in email marketing/CRM
    • Experience of Cheetah Digital or similar ESPs
    • Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience
    • Excellent use of Excel and Power Point
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Analytical and data driven approach
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst still delivering high quality results
    • Friendly and positive attitude
    • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
    • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
    • Ability to learn new technology quickly
    • Understanding of data segmentation and personalised content in CRM

    • Ability to map and analyze business processes
    • Interest and aptitude for innovation and new technologies
    • Good business awareness and ability to interact with IT departments
    • Ability to Build and render test html templates if it’s necessary
