The Operations department is responsible for Distribution Logistics, Digital Production, International Content & Localization, Customer Care & Loss Prevention, International Operations and Quality & Innovation.

    The successful candidate will support the Localization Vendor Manager in evaluating suppliers in order to find the best possible deals for the localization services needed for business operations, and in managing related key steps: scouting, onboarding and accounting tasks.

    Primary Activities: 


    The position’s responsibilities include the following:

    • Manage the day-to-day relationships with existing service providers for translation, LQA, TMS, CAT tool, engineering, technology and other language-related services to ensure they constantly meet the company’s business requirements, including budget and financial KPIs. Drive corrective actions, issue resolution, and points of escalation;

    • Take care of monthly purchase order management: issue P.O., answer suppliers’ queries, check invoices for accuracy and authorize the accounts payable department to issue payment;

    • Collaborate with Localization Project Managers and Editors to understand localization procurement needs, define new opportunities and their respective budgets based on requirements, goals, and ROI;

    • Search new localization providers: assess the ability, added value, and stability of candidates in regards to business needs. File RFI/RFP/RFQ as needed. Facilitate the vendor onboarding process and paperwork setup. Ensure vendors are onboarded and constantly managed according to the Ethical Code and the Organization, Management and Supervision Model adopted by the Group.

    Good math skills
    Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and team-oriented environment.




    The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in Service Purchasing and Order Management or has worked within the localization industry as a Vendor Coordinator or Project Manager.




    Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration or supply chain management.
