    Role Purpose

     

     The UX Specialist will support the UX team in understanding and fulfilling the requirements from customers, and translating them into design solutions that are both effective and enjoyable to use. The UX Specialist will take care of the company web properties with a continuous improvement approach, iterating over analysis – design – test loops.

     

    Key Responsabilities

     

    • Support the UX team in understanding and fulfilling the requirements from customers, and translating them into design solutions that are both effective and enjoyable to use.
    • Take care of the company web properties with a continuous improvement approach, iterating over analysis – design – test loops.
    • To collaborate with Technology and Commercial internal teams, and with external YNAP Partners as well, being an effective facilitator between all the stakeholders.
    • Excellent skills in usability, information architecture and interaction design, a/b testing, field research.
    • Proven expertise in delivering great UX documentation (e.g. navigation tree, flow diagram, use case, wireframes).

     

     

    Skills & Experience

    The candidate needs to have competencies in usability, information architecture and interaction design with a good attitude towards data research, product analysis and user tests. He/she is strong in document production, from user flows, use cases, wireframes and interactive prototypes to final concept presentation and has an experience (1-2 years) in an agency or other business organization.

    Core requirements include:

    • Knowledge of the principles of user centred design.
    • Able to manage the project autonomously in all phases (from usability analysis to competitive benchmarks, from data analysis to design, from user testing to final presentation to stakeholders).
    • Great team worker and negotiatior.
    • Experience in mobile projects.
    • Knowledge of Sketch, Axure.
    • Ability to identify areas for improvement within existing customer journeys and provide product ideas and designs.
    • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools.
    • Knowledge of English (full working proficiency).

    Other preferable requirements include:

    • Knowledge of Principle (or other prototyping tools).
    • Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies and/or tools (e.g. Optimizely)
    • Knowledge of client-side programming languages (HTML, Javascript, CSS).
    • Experience with eCommerce and Fashion/Luxury projects.
