The Reward Specialist implements and maintains the compensation policy and reward strategy for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP at country level with a special focus in aligning rewarding strategy to the central rewarding function based in London.
The successful candidate will be involved in the following:
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Administration or Economics and has 1 to 3 years’ previous experience within the HR department of a multinational company (in Reward or Payroll team).
