    Role purpose:

    The candidate will be part of the Design Team of the Mono-brand division (Online Flagship Stores) and will be involved in supporting the team in the following activities:

    • Generate weekly assets: editorial for emails, web pages, promotional spots, advertorials, inserts and direct mail;
    • Supporting the Senior Art Director in creating visual design

     

    The ideal candidate has an educational background in graphics and/or web design, has a strong knowledge of innovative design tools and has a good esthetic sense.

    He or she needs to have strong interest for e-commerce and fashion industry.

    The candidate will be a team player, with a positive attitude, even while working under pressure and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

     

     

    Essential skills:

    • Hard worker and passionate about his/her job.
    • Good knowledge with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Sketch.
    • Good skills in the practices of typography, color and layout.
    • A passion for emerging technologies and interactive tools, able to identify suitable opportunities to explore further.
    • The ability to build creative and unique ideas.
    • Attention to details.
    • The flexibility to adapt his/her ideas to suit client expectations.
    • Visual culture and passion for fashion photography.
    • Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    • Ready to expand on their skills and learn from Senior Art Directors, peers and other teams members in order to grow up and establish new insights.
